How and Why I started my blog

Hey everyone!

We have made it to the end of the 30 day challenge! Firstly I would like to thank you all for your support with my blog so far. I love producing content for you beautiful people and your interaction is awesome on the page is awesome.

I began my blog as a school digital project. I have fallen in love with blogging, focussing on beauty, lifestyle and empowering women. This 30 day challenge has been perfect to give you guys an idea of the type of content we will be posting, and it has also helped me see what you are all liking the best.

I started my blog on WordPress, and it was so easy to use, user friendly and enjoyable to start up. I also created an Instagram and Facebook page to promote and support my blog, and that has been so useful to get the word out. To begin with, I really did not expect to be getting any views, but I was overwhelmed with the amount of feedback I received. If you are thinking about starting up a blog of your own, I suggest you build up social media around it. This will get the word out to the online community, and to your family and friends that can share it for you. Also, don’t give up. The blogging and social media world is a hard one to enter for beginners. I thought it was impossible to gain a following, but without giving up and learning how to create new content, slowly but surely the followers are coming through. You just have to be passionate, and share the love in what you write and post. You also have to have patience. You won’t gain a huge following overnight, so be patient, put in the work and it will come down to that.

I hope this helps some of you beautiful girls, and thank you all again so much for your support!

Talk to you next week!
